Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical construction efforts on large commercial and industrial projects across various locations.
- Coordinate schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, vendors, and materials to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong client and team communication, handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily documentation.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, within scope, on time, and on budget.
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to all project specifications and codes.
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical projects in the commercial or industrial construction sector.
- Ability and willingness to travel and remain on-site for extended durations as needed.
- Deep understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and field operations.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, Accubid and Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required.
